We run a network of print shops, so where your files go matters more than usual.

What we collect
The files you upload, the phone number you sign in with, the city you picked, and the order itself: pages, colour, binding and amount.
Where it goes
Files are passed to exactly one shop in the network – the one handling orders in your city – and only so it can print. No other shop in the network sees them.
For how long
Files are deleted by us and by the shop seven days after the order. Files marked sensitive are deleted after 24 hours.
What partners commit to
Every shop in the network signs an undertaking not to keep a copy, not to pass files on, and not to use them for anything else.
Wolt
On a delivery order, Wolt receives the name, address and phone needed to deliver. Files never pass through Wolt.
Messages and deletion
Sign-in codes go out over WhatsApp or SMS. Want something deleted now? Send the order number on WhatsApp.
